Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. EVERYWON is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

If a package appears lost, customers must contact the shipping carrier first.

Because items are made to order, we only offer refunds or replacements for damaged or defective products.
